Our warranties are not meant to cover problems that exist with your car at the time you register it with ForSaleWithWarranty.com, including when the vehicle is sold. Such problems are referred to as “pre-existing” conditions, and are not covered. An initial vehicle inspection is not required. However, we do require that your vehicle be in sound mechanical condition when you register it with ForSaleWithWarranty.com and when it is sold.

Congratulations! If you haven’t already done so, you’ll need to login to our website, where you will be prompted to activate the warranty. This activates the warranty coverage for the buyer of your vehicle, which puts the warranty in-force for the term you’ve selected.

The Sales Acceleration Kit outlines what you’re to provide to the buyer. Essentially, they’ll need the Warranty Agreement (which you’ll need to activate by logging into our website) and the Warranty Envelope, which provides your buyer with instruction on how to file a claim. In the event a breakdown occurs outside normal business hours, the buyer of your vehicle may, at their own discretion, wish to authorize the necessary emergency repairs.
